Our 16-foot Mobile Food Concession Trailer houses two 8-burner stoves, three commercial ovens, a grill, two commercial deep fryers, four sinks, and a commercial grade refrigerator. We are certified with Texas Health & Human Services.

EXPERTISE:

Our specialty is authentic Texas Barbeque and Southern Fare. We prepare our foods fresh, using USDA Choice meats, locally-sourced vegetables & fruits when available, and non-GMO grains. Vegan and gluten-free menus are available. Our services include: Casual Buffets, Formal Banquets, Holiday Gatherings, Events requiring Heavy Hors d'oeuvres, Street Fairs, or Disaster Meal services.
